- Minimum order of $50.00
- The customer is responsible for any returned package shipping costs as well as the original shipping cost. Any refused packages will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as all shipping charges.
- So Good Beauty & Bridal is not responsible for incorrect address deliveries that the customer inputted, any charges that occur due to this will be charged to the customer. Please make sure the shipping address is correct.
- All order over $300 will have a signature required due on delivery.
- So Good Beauty & Bridal does not guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. Credits are issued back the customer’s card within 2 business days of the order being shipped.
- If a customer chooses to make an order with So Good Beauty & Bridal and wants to give the credit card information over the phone, they would chose the phone order option at time of check out. Phone orders are held for 24 business hours, after that point they will be canceled. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact with payment within the time limit.
- If an order is made before 1 PM EST, it will be shipped out same day. If it is made after 1 PM EST it will be shipped the following business day.
- Shipping options are at the checkout point. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and destination charges per UPS. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the UPS tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking numbers are available at the end of the business day of the day of shipment.
- All sales are FINAL. We will replace any defective item with the same item. If that item is no longer available, we will refund back to you. All returns must be requested on online. Please read the RETURN POLICY.
- All returns must be approved before sent. The item must be in its original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receiving an approval email. Please read the RETURN POLICY.
- Any item not in original packaging in new condition and not received by given date will not be given an exchange/refund for item or shipping cost. Please read the RETURN POLICY.Delivery confirmation will not be credited. So Good Beauty & Bridal is not responsible for any damage that occurs to any item after it is received by the customer. We do not guarantee any item after it is received and opened.
- Upon receiving, customers should review their invoice and items to ensure correct shipment. Each order is shipped with an invoice that has a picture and shipped amount for easy stock check. Invoices are also viewable and printable by logging into “my account” and choosing “order tracking.”
- So Good Beauty & Bridal does not share or distribute your personal information with anyone, EVER. Customers information is stored in an encrypted data base and is only viewable by the owner of the website.
