All orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Mon – Fri, excluding holidays). Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

After placing an order :

You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping email with your tracking number once your package is shipped.

International :

As of now, our website does not currently support international orders, therefore, customers wishing to place international order must call our customer service and place their orders over the phone. Free shipping offers do not apply to orders shipping to locations outside of the United States.

We only accept PayPal payments for international orders, and orders must be placed over the phone with our customer service. We may also request proof of legal business existence for the order to be fulfilled.

Return Policy :

Please note that when making an order with So Good Beauty & Bridal you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Return Policy.

  1. All sales are final; we do NOT accept any returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. In the event that you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at
  2. All return requests must be emailed to us. Please do not call with return issues.
  3. We do not accept return request after 48 hours of the package being delivered, you must submit a return request within this time period.
  4. Qualifying items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn. This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke.
  5. We must receive the return items within 7 days of the return request being submitted.
  6. Each step in the return approval must be followed to receive an exchange or full credit if that item is not in stock.
  7. Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.
  8. We do not accept returns that have been purchased through the showroom or trade shows. The showroom/trade show’s policy states that all items are final sale and must be checked before leaving the store.
  9. We do not accept any items that are not preapproved, these items will be refused and returned to sender.
  10. We will replace any return item with the same exact item. If the item is not available a store credit will be given.
  11. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
  12. In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the return item arrives to the store and is approved.

Order Cancellation :

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
